Procedure for Hotel Reservations

A block room reservation was provided at the Danubius Hotel Helia****, the official hotel for the conference and conference site, for the convenience of the participants and were assigned on first-come first-served basis.

Prices per night:

Standard Double Room: 1 pax – 130 EUR* / 2 pax – 145 EUR*
Standard Twin Room: 1 pax – 130 EUR* / 2 pax – 145 EUR*

*Note: Rate includes accommodation, buffet breakfast, WiFi, VAT, city tax and use of the hotel’s fitness gym, sauna and swimming pool.

Cancellations Policy

The booking can be cancelled or modified without penalty latest 14 days before arrival, 4pm hotel local time. Cancellation penalty: 100 % of the reservation amount.
